Product Designer

About the role

We’re looking for talented Product Designers (Mid to Lead level) to join us in our journey of reinventing how the world does money by building the best global financial Super App. We have a groundbreaking vision for our product and exciting challenges to solve.

What you’ll be doing

We don’t follow the traditional corporate model, but empower our people to own their work end-to-end, that’s what you’ll be in charge of in your Product team: lead the product from a design perspective, having a holistic approach on the experience, from discovery to delivery - always keeping in mind our customers and their interests!

  • You will be partnering with the Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other colleagues, working in a cross-functional and distributed team. Together, you will be actively involved in defining the customers’ and the business’ problems.
  • You’ll identify the key metrics for the projects you are involved in and take ownership for achieving their success.
  • You will research and bring forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals - such as launching in new territories and offering new products.
  • From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail.
  • We love turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution that truly solves customer needs, thus you will be running user testing workshops and guerrilla testing;
  • Once that’s done, iterate, implement with the technical team and present the final solution during the design reviews;
  • We are not stopping here, we believe in continuous improvement, so you’ll review the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it.
  • To ensure we are speaking the same language as a team, we have the support of a design system - so you’ll kick in!

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of experience in designing world-class complex commercial apps
  • A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
  • Strong design skills across iOS, Android and web platforms
  • The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
  • The ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions
  • The ability to take ownership of design process and work as self-directed member of the development team
  • Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour
  • Clean visual design sense
  • Skills in typography and grids
  • Love to solve problems and be challenged
  • To be a constant learner. You will be always growing - both personally and with the team

Nice to have: 

  • Technical higher education: BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
  • Some experience in programming and ability to code simple prototypes
  • Strong experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience in leading design teams or managing the product development (if you are applying for a Senior/ Lead position)

Junior Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive team is the engine for the outbound function. Sales Executives will drive the top of the funnel by conducting the initial outreach via telephone, email and social in order to create opportunities for the Senior Sales team. Key KPIs for the role are based on revenue generated. The team is focused on solution based sales and uncovering complexities and unnecessary costs in our clients' business banking process which can be easily fixed through Revolut Business' offering. Key focus will be on cost savings from Revolut’s market leading pricing structure on FX and efficient usage of our company cards product. Clients will be able to take advantage of a raft of future product releases as we endeavour to maintain our position as the leading global FinTech and financial services provider.

What you’ll be doing

  • Qualifying prospective customers from a defined territory/vertical
  • Engaging prospective customers about Revolut Business
  • Using solution based selling to understand customer needs, and communicating the value proposition
  • Working with Sales Managers to move customers through the funnel and activate them
  • Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and solutions it offers, backed up by relevant, compelling case studies

What you’ll need

  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
  • Keen interest in commencing a career in a high performing sales culture
  • Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales - would be beneficial
  • Degree in finance / business related subject - would be beneficial

Business Transformation Manager

About the role

You will be part of a newly created decentralised team with the goal of streamlining processes across the organisation.

In every organisation processes are at the core of structure and efficiency. The team remit is to define, develop, optimize and document optimal processes within the whole organisation to enable Revolut exponential growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Define, design and optimise processes across the organisation
  • Scale the business through standardisation, continuous improvement and lean practices
  • Use a data driven approach to solve complex and business critical problems
  • Define metrics to monitor, analyse and improve processes and performance

What skills you’ll need

  • 1-7 years of experience in a process driven environment
  • Familiarity with concepts like Value Stream Mapping, Lean Production, Operations Research and Mechanism Design
  • Knowledge and experience with implementation of optimisation and simulation models
  • B.S/M.S in Operations Research, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer science or other quantitative related fields

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of advanced statistics, mathematical programming (deterministic, stochastic, constrained), analysis of algorithms and computational complexity
  • Know how to code in any of the following: SQL, R, Python

Supplier Manager

About the role

Revolut is looking to grow its Supplier Management team and has various open positions (Mid and Senior Manager grade). In this role, you will work cross-functionally to oversee the operational performance of Revolut’s most critical third parties. You will partner with the business to drive efficiency and maintain strong controls for third party management as we expand into new territories and build new products.

What you’ll be doing

  • Take responsibility for the enhancing and implementation the supplier monitoring framework and system
  • Collaborate with product and business owners to standardise and agree third party performance goals and metrics
  • Oversee and manage third party operational performance by leading weekly, monthly or quarterly business reviews 
  • Ensure quality assurance via automated monitoring of third party SLAs and KPIs to achieve maximum productivity and value
  • Conduct root cause analysis and lead remediation efforts where third party performance does not meet Revolut’s requirements
  • Drive continuous evolution of all TPRM processes, and work with banking entities to ensure compliance with Banking regulations

What you’ll need

  • Experience supporting a Procurement or Third Party Risk Management function in a fast-paced environment, preferably within financial services
  • Experience managing business and supplier relationships to agree and achieve SLAs and KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically to drive value from third party engagements
  • You thrive in building and nurturing high performing teams
  • Experience in dealing with global stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Analytical; You can break complex problems into smaller ones

Nice to have: 

  • You use a highly analytical approach to break down complex problems and thrive on utilising data to facilitate your work using tools such as SQL, Python and Excel
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements (PRA or EBA) for third party risk management
